It snowed in Kunming, but the hotel air conditioner broke down and the room was super cold. But the hotel service was OK. I liked it on the whole!

The facilities and equipment are great. It's very close to the airport, although it's a little noisy. But the service was too poor. The plane arrived at more than 12 a.m. and didn't check in for half an hour.
